I came across an instagram reel in which a cosplayer showed a few DMs from weird dudes online. Someone in the comments said posting online will yield those comments, and was hit by the retarded woman brigade immediately.

This shouldn't need explaining in any year beyond year 0. Weird dudes will send weird messages regardless of your content. The amount of weird dudes won't go down if you shame them. It's not your fault. The commentor wasn't blaming the cosplayer for the dudes, rather pointing out a fact of online life.

I have no scientific evidence for creeps being majority male and I don't need it for a believable point. We all know the wild shit dudes do in private and public.

To that cosplayer I saw on instagram: posting online will yield weird ass dudes. This doesn't mean you're to blame for getting random dudes sending tributes in your DMs. You've done nothing wrong and no one is blaming you. There is no accountability to be had. The commentor merely highlighted a fact of online life extended from IRL.
